(1) Permanent appointments to state civil service, state other government service positions, state organized organization service positions, local government service positions, local level organized organization service positions shall not be made without consultation of the commission.< br> (2) The Commission should be consulted on the following matters:-
(a) Regarding suitability of candidates for appointment to State Civil Service, State Other Government Service posts and Local Government Service posts for a period of more than six months,
(b) State civil service, state other government service, state organized organization service and local government service and local level organized organization service, regarding the law related to the conditions,
(c) Regarding the principle to be followed in the appointment, promotion and departmental action in the state civil service, state other government service, state organized organization service and local government service and local level organized organization service,
(d) Regarding the principles to be adopted while appointing and promoting the posts of the State Police Service,
(e) regarding the suitability of a candidate for transfer or promotion from one type of state civil service or local government service to another type of state civil service or local government service or from another state government service to a state civil service or local government service post, and
(f) Regarding the departmental punishment given to employees of state civil service, state other government service or local government service.
